Cancel your contract
You can cancel your pvSpline subscription online at any time, at no cost. It ends at the end of the current period; your company then moves to the free plan, which does not include Enedis data.
Subscription paid online
Open your billing portal, run by our payment provider Stripe, and enter the email address you paid with: Stripe signs you in by email, no password needed. Then cancel the subscription; it stays active until the end of the period already paid.
From the app
You can also cancel from the Account page of the pvSpline web app, once signed in.

For a contract signed on a quote, or if you prefer, write to contact@pvspline.fr. A cancellation request sent to that address takes effect on the date we receive it.
Your rights
Online cancellation is provided by the terms of sale (CGV § 9). Your subscription is governed by the terms of sale (CGV) and the EULA.
